CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

 Payment

We will confirm your booking on receipt of  20% deposit or min 1 night's stay . Final payment to be made in euros.The balance of payment is due on  the day of arrival 

Cancellations

If a cancellation is made more that eight weeks before the start of the rental then the deposit will be forfeited.

Charges

No separate charges are made for the electricity , gas etc

Breakfast is included

Linen and  bath towels are provided

Barbecue in the garden,  snack preparation area with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities available to guests

Arrival/ Departure

Your room will be ready for occupation at 17.00 and until 19.00. If you think you will arrive later than this time please call to let us know.On your departure day, we ask you to vacate your room by 11am. Bags can be stored in the hall until your departure

Hirer's responsibility

Please take care of the property and its contents during your stay. Damage, particularly to electrical equipment must be reported.Any damages or breakages to furniture or objects will be billed

Extra costs

Any services that incur an extra cost should be settled up in cash  the night before departure
